Store Policy & Refunds

We accept returns on non-perishable grocery items within 14 days of purchase with receipt.

For local delivery orders, cancellations must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

To initiate a return or exchange, please bring the item and original store receipt to our customer service desk.

Approved refunds for qualifying unopened grocery items will be processed within 3 to 5 business days using your original form of payment. Cash returns are completed instantly in store with receipt.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a store credit or full refund, please ensure that:

  • Items are unopened and sealed

  • You bring your receipt

Non-returnable grocery products:

  • Fresh Zabiha Halal meats, poultry, and custom butcher cuts once taken off premises.

  • Perishable fresh produce, dairy products, sweets, and hot prepared foods.

  • Unsealed spice blends, oil bottles, or opened pantry staples for food safety reasons.

  • Clearance items or products marked final sale at checkout.

Iqra Grocery & Meat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet food hygiene and quality standards.

Please bring all eligible items back to our store counter along with proof of purchase at:

If you received damaged or spoiled goods upon delivery, please notify our customer care team within 2 hours of receiving your delivery with photo proof for an immediate refund or item replacement.

Notes:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
